The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the Computer Island website, including any content, functionality and services (the "Services") offered on or through (the "Site"), our social media pages (the "Pages") by Computer Island (Port Vila, Vanuatu), as applicable (collectively, "Computer Island", "we" or "us").
This Site and the Services are offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 you may not use this Site or the Services. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all the foregoing eligibility requirements. ITC stands for Information Technology and Communication, previously IT for Information Technology.
ITC Services refers to all computer services we offer.
Subscription(s) refers to the social media monthly plans we offer.
Website Account(s) refers to online management platforms of websites we designed or collaborated on the design.
The 'General Terms' apply to all the Services presented on our Site, Pages, quotes and invoices, as well as all other services related to our company.
A fifty (50) percent up-front payment is required prior content delivery.
Open accounts overdue by more than fourteen (14) days may incur a five (5) percent surcharge calculated on the total due balance.
We may display or share content related to our customer’s activities such as but not limited to company logos, marketing materials, websites, social media, testimonials on our Site, Pages or in printed or digital advertisement.
All requests must be submitted by email to our Support.
Customers must confirm their domain name contact information. This is part of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) new regulations, failure to comply with these requirements may result in the disconnection or deletion of the domain name.
Digital Marketing Services
Our digital marketing Services such as our Subscriptions are consultancy services only. It remains the customer’s responsibility to determine if making any change to the current strategy will be beneficial to the organisation he represents and in its best interests.
Subscriptions are billed every first (1) of the month and payments must be made within the next seven (7) days unless stated otherwise.
Advertisement credits cannot constitute a payment method.
Computer Island reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel any Subscription at any time without notice or refund.
Customers must have performed a backup of their Data on a separate storage device prior requesting our services.
Customers are given four (4) hours after collection of their device to check the integrity of their Data and contact our Support if necessary.
Customers are solely responsible of the integrity of their Data.
Conduct and Protection
Computer Island maintains a welcoming and professional environment. This section relates to the expected conduct. To report a violation of our Terms of Service or User Misconduct, please contact our Support.
Computer Island reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable any Website or Subscription due to breach of these Terms of Service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site, the Pages or the Services.
Users with suspended or disabled Services may not be able to access or use Computer Island Site, Pages or Services.
Users who have violated our Terms of Service may contact our Support for more information surrounding the violation and status of the suspended or disabled Services.
Disputes are handled by contacting our Support.
Computer Island may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, Computer Island will make a new copy of the terms available on this page.
You understand and agree that if you use Computer Island Site, Pages or Services after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, Computer Island will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
Data Protection and Retention
Customers can only request a copy of their passwords on the Service or Subscription cancellation date, or job completion date, within our hours of operation. Beyond that period, Computer Island reserves the right to permanently delete all passwords and associated data from its systems.

Commercial Use License
All graphic design intellectual property rights are automatically assigned to you unless stated otherwise. The Commercial Licence strictly excludes any illegal, immoral or defamatory purpose. This License is subject to Computer Island’s Terms of Service. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this delivery, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose. Neither the designer nor Computer Island will be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license, the delivery or your use of the delivery.

Inappropriate Behaviour and Language – Communication with Computer Island should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Computer Island condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. We allow clients a system to rate our services and to engage on larger platforms such as our Pages.
Phishing and Spam – Computer Island takes the matter its clients’ security seriously. Any attempts use our Site, Pages or Services in order to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise an individual or third party’s email accounts or computer environment is strictly prohibited.
Legal Representation – You may not use a false identity, or misrepresent your identity. If you represent an organisation, by hiring our services you represent and warrant that you are of legal right and authorised to form a binding contract between Computer Island and the organisation you represent, and meet all the foregoing eligibility requirements.
Intellectual Property Claims – Computer Island will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.
Fraud and Unlawful Use – You may not use Computer Island Site, Pages or Services for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Service, you should report it to our Support. To protect individual privacy, the results of the investigation are not shared.
Services and Subscription modifications and cancellations must be notified by email to our Support two (2) months in advance.
Overdue accounts may result in the downgrade, suspension or deletion of the Services, Subscriptions, Website Accounts, associated domain names and connected services as well as the temporary revocation of administrator privileges on the social media accounts held by the customer until clearance of the accounts.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
