The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the Computer Island website, including any content, functionality and services (the "Services") offered on or through (the "Site"), our social media pages (the "Pages") by Computer Island as applicable (collectively, "Computer Island", "we" or "us").
This Site and the Services are offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 you may not use this Site or the Services. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all these requirements, you must not access or use the Site and the Services.

Data refers but is not limited to emails, contacts, calendars, passwords, personal and sensitive data, as well as data managed on behalf of an organisation.
ITC stands for Information Technology and Communication, previously IT for Information Technology.
Subscription(s) refers to the social media monthly plans we offer and are part of our Services.
Online Account(s) refers to website and social media online management platforms.
The 'General Terms' apply to all the Services by us during our hours of operation.
Our Services are only serviced during our hours of operation.
A fifty (50) per cent up-front payment is required prior to any job completion or content delivery.
Open accounts overdue by more than fourteen (14) days may incur a penalty fee.
Subscriptions are billed every first (1) of the month and payments must be made within the next seven (7) days unless stated otherwise.
Advertisement credits cannot be used as a payment method for paying an open invoice.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently cancel your Subscription at any time for any reason without notice and refund in case of violations of our Terms of Services.
We reserve the right to share any creation issued from our Services on our Site, Pages, printed and digital advertisement for commercial purposes.
Customers must have performed a backup of their Data and passwords on a separate storage system prior to using our Services.
Customers are given twenty-four (24) hours after collection of their device to check the integrity of their Data and contact our Support if necessary.
All requests must be submitted by email to our Support.
Conduct and Protection
We maintain a welcoming and professional environment. This section relates to the expected conduct. To report a violation of our Terms of Service or User Misconduct, please contact our Support.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable any Online Account or Subscription in case of violation of our Terms of Service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of our Site, Pages or Services.
Users with suspended or Services may not be able to access or use our Site, Pages or Services.
Users who have violated our Terms of Service may contact our Support for more information surrounding the violation and status of the suspended or disabled Services.
Disputes are handled by contacting our Support.
We may make changes to our Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, We will make a new copy of the terms available on this page.
You understand and agree that if you use our Site, Pages or Services after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
Data Protection and Retention
Customers can request a copy of their Data and passwords within seven (7) days from the Subscription cancellation date. Beyond that period, we reserve the right to permanently delete all the Data, passwords and any other information from our systems.

Commercial Use License
All graphic design intellectual property rights are automatically assigned to you unless stated otherwise. The Commercial Licence strictly excludes any illegal, immoral or defamatory purpose. This License is subject to Computer Island’s Terms of Service. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this delivery, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose. Neither the designer nor Computer Island will be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license, the delivery or your use of the delivery.

Visitors have no right, and specifically agree not to do the following with respect to the Site or any part, component or extension of the Site: (I) copy, transfer, adapt, modify, distribute or reproduce it, in any manner; (II) reverse assemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organisation; (III) modify or create derivative works; (IV) remove any copyright notice, identification or any other proprietary notices, or; (V) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site, or interfere with any other users’ utilisation of the Site.

Violations and Non-Permitted Usage
Inappropriate Behaviour and Language – Communication with us should be friendly, constructive, and professional. We firmly condemn bullying, harassment and hate speech. An evaluation system is also available to our clients to rate the quality of our service in the ‘Reviews’ section of our Facebook page.
Phishing and Spam – We take the safety of our client’s data seriously. Any attempts to use our Site, Pages or Services in order to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise an individual or third party’s email accounts or computer environment is strictly prohibited.
Legal Representation – You may not use a false identity, or misrepresent your identity. If you represent an organisation, by hiring our services you warrant that you are of legal right and authorised to form a binding contract between us and the organisation you represent and meet all the foregoing eligibility requirements.
Intellectual Property Claims – We will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.
Fraud and Unlawful Use – You may not use our Site, Pages or Services for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Service, please report it to our Support.
Subscription modifications and cancellations must be notified by email to our Support two (2) months in advance.
Overdue accounts may result in the downgrade, suspension or deletion of all active Services, Subscriptions, Online Accounts, associated domain names and/or any other connected services, as well as the temporary revocation of the administrator privileges on the social media accounts held by the customer until reception of the full overdue amount.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
